  • What areas do you serve ?
    In Manhattan we serve Downtown and Midtown In Brooklyn we serve - Prospect Park - Park Slope - Windsor Terrace - Crown Heights - Fort Greene - Prospect Heights - Bedford Stuyvesant - Carrol Gardens - Clinton Hills - Williamsburg
  • Do you provide all cleaning supplies and equipment?
    Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, eco-friendly if you request. The only cleaning supplies we ask of you is vacuum, broom, and mop.
  • How many cleaners will be cleaning my place ?
    Typically for larger apartments, we work in a team of two. For smaller apartments, it would be one cleaner.
  • Do I have to be present for the cleaning ?
    It is not necessary for you to be present for the cleaning.
  • What is your cancellation policy ?
    If you cancel within 24 hours of the set cleaning service, there is a $40 cancellation fee
  • Is your cleaning team pet friendly ?
    Yes! We are pet friendly. We love to meet all types of pets.
  • What if I am not happy with the cleaning?
    In the case you are not happy with the cleaning we can return within 48 hours and tidy up whatever we missed
  • What forms of payment do you accept ?
    We accept credit card, venmo, zelle, and cash
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
